Do not use the website to break the law, infringe third-party rights, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code, overload the service or submit deceptive, abusive or unlawful material.

3. Project submissions

You confirm that you are authorised to submit the pitch and linked materials. Do not include confidential material at this initial stage. A submission does not create confidentiality, representation, partnership or publishing obligations, and does not guarantee a reply. We may already be developing or evaluating material with similar themes or mechanics.

4. External services

Links to Steam, social networks and other third-party services take you to environments governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Changes and availability

We may update, suspend or remove parts of the website and these terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated version or date where appropriate.
