2. Data we collect

The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. The publishing pitch form asks for a developer or studio name, email address, game title, pitch text and project links. Both forms also record your confirmations regarding age and this policy, plus a technical submission identifier used to prevent duplicate processing and trace delivery.

3. Why and on what basis we process it

We use contact data to answer your enquiry and pitch data to evaluate a possible business relationship. The legal basis is your request for pre-contractual steps and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in managing correspondence, security and submission records.

4. Service providers and international transfers

Form notifications may be processed by Resend, publishing submissions may be stored in Notion for internal assessment, and Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited technical information to protect the forms from automated abuse. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate transfer safeguards. Their own privacy terms also apply to their services.

5. Retention

General enquiries and unsuccessful publishing submissions may be retained for up to three years, unless a longer period is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If discussions lead to a contract, relevant information may be retained for the applicable contractual and statutory periods.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where applicable by emailing us. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or your local supervisory authority.

7. Security and required information

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect submissions. Please do not send passwords, sensitive personal information, confidential source code or unannounced trade secrets through the forms. Required fields are necessary to evaluate and respond to your request.
